Shipping
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email update from our team. If your total PO value is under $10,000 usd you will be required to liaise and organize your own shipping. If your order is greater than $10,000 usd you qualify for free shipping and we will take care of the shipping on your behalf. Should you have any questions regarding your shipment, please reach out to our orders team.
Refunds & Returns
Unfortunately all settled PO’s are final and as such we do not accept returns.
Adjustments To PO’s:
You may update products and quantities on your PO at any time before payment is made. Please ensure that when payment is made, that decisions are true and final, as we cannot make any adjustments to your PO once payment has been received. We initiate the process of finalizing your order as soon as payment is made and as such cannot make any changes to the PO.
Defective Items:
If, by any chance, in the unlikely event you receive defective item(s), it is essential to inform us within 24-48 hours of receiving your order. You can report this issue to our orders team, and one of our team members will guide you through the process of completing a defective items form to provide details of the matter.
